=============================
PDBA Stages 2008 Philippine Dodgeball Games
The Philippine Dodgeball Association (PDBA) wrapped up the year nicely with its recent staging of the 2008 Philippine Dodgeball Games in Club650, Libis.
The 2nd annual dodgeball games served as the culminating activity that capped off the successful series of events and campus tours of PDBA, the only organization sanctioned by the International Dodgeball Federation in the country.
From high school and college students to working professionals, participants and spectators enjoyed an action-packed afternoon.
The final match was between defending champions Team Kamikazee and the season’s most successful team, Team Joe Black. Team Kamikazee prevailed, keeping their championship title, and surprising Team Joe Black, who won first place in all the dodgeball events they joined this year. At third place is Team Club 650, who provided one of the most thrilling matches of the event with their game against Team Joe Black.
Winners took home a total of 20,000 pesos in cash prizes, and all participants got a piece of the 30,000 pesos worth of product prizes and freebies from 100 Plus, Havaianas, Summit Drinking Water, and Action and Fitness Magazine.
